You erase your html code of the background you want to take out then you find the background you want and but the html code in the same spot.

First, you should choose the background you like by going to different websites such as Hotfreelayouts or Nuclearcentury.com. Whe nyou want one you see there should be a link that tells you where to find te code for the layout. Just copy the code and pste it on your profile(preferribly at the bottom of your About Me) then erase the code for the layout you presently have.
