You can go into the HTML for your profile and change the background color for the inner element, but the easiest way would be to use snaplayout.

Unfortunately, I've never had a myspace layout, but I know how to make one. It's hard to explain. You have to make the background then make the boxes in the picture then center the writing. It's basic HTML. HTML is had to learn but it pays off. I can make one if you'd like. Just contact me!
