How do i make my own myspace double background and default layout?

a few of my friends make there own double background layouts and i really want to know how they do that because i want to make my own double background layouts.

and i also would like to know how do creat default layouts for myspace, because i have this picture i really want to use for it.

please help me becasue me and my best friend are thinking about making our own layout site if i can get your help. :)

here this one is good i think... but you need to join like photobucket so that you can get your pictures, you need it to be from like a url site or something, and if you add your pic. to that and it will give it a url and such.. here is a site to make your own ok...
