if u want the picture to be your background, go to:

if you want pictures on ur myspace, u can do one of 2 things:

++ go to photobucket.com, and use the html code, and copyy %26amp;%26amp;paste it wherever u want.

++ if the image is on a website, and u'd like it on ur website, right-click on the picture and go to properties. copy %26amp;%26amp; paster the url, into the url spot:

%26lt;img src="url here"%26gt;

If you go to www.layoutpimper.com you can upload a pic from www.photobucket.com and put it as ur background but you have to have a photobucket acount to do it so

go to photobucket

get an account

upload the pic

go to layoutpimper and load it up.

If the pic is off the internet then you have to save it to your computer then go through all those steps

It works tho i did it.
