Myspace background???

ok so i found this cool smallville myspace backgound copy the code and pasted it on ''about me'' and it still doesn't work.

i'll pick whoever solves my ploblem Best Answer.

There are different possible reasons why a new layout can fail.

1. bad code

2. mixing different layouts

3. links to pictures stop working

To be safe I first make a backup of my old layout and personal info in the 'About me' box.

If you have a nice picture you like to use as a background (size 1024x768 pixels or bigger) host it with Photobucket. When it is uploaded and you view it, look on the right side for 'Direct Link-Layout Pages'.

You need to copy that link and use it in the profile editor on MySpaceGeeks. You can play with settings for colors and borders and see the preview live. Amazing!

If you like it press 'generate layout'. There is an explanation on how to copy and paste the code in your profile.

I have found that the "pre-generated" MySpace themes/backgrounds don't work all that well and/or usually stop working (if they work at all) after about a month. So I usually just make up my own... Go to www.strikefile.com, and use Thomas' MySpace Editor. I've been using it for as long as I've had MySpace... (about 3 years) and never had a single problem with it.
