The easiest way would be to go a site like createblog.com or somewhere else that has premade backgrounds and then you just copy and paste the code into the "About Me" section. You can also go to somewhere like Thomas' Myspace Editor and you just choose the colors and stuff that you want and it creates the code for you. Then you just take that code, and in the About Me section after whatever you've typed you paste it in.
